Winfax will not work? They are the biggest computer fax software out there.

You could try Internet faxing. It works with anyone, a single person or a large corporation. Faxes are sent and received in your own personal email inbox. An administrator can control many different details and it can be up and running very quickly; you don't need to install anything and you'll never have any maintenance issues.
