The wall paintings of Madhubani are the expressions of the women of Madhubani, State of Bihar in India. Madhubani paintings are lively compositions and depict Indian mythology. The Madhubani designs are even woven on silk and cotton sarees. Essentially these paintings have remained a folk art.
