I keep pursuing casual sex with girls because I want to feel attractive and wanted. I was ugly as an adolescent and rejected frequently. I am 23 now and I think I am extremely attractive. I think this behavior might be related, as if I am trying to convert a failure into a success.

Why does it make you feel extremely attractive to casual sex? They way you're behaving only makes you ugly. No one wants a commitment with a man who has had sex 15 times before you. It's dirty. If you want to be attractive, clean up your act and become a responsible adult... that's hot! Nothing is more attractive then someone who has their life together.

You answered your own question. As long you and your partners are safe and know its casual - rock on!
Soon you will realize - sex is sex- and you missed out on nothing in this area as a ugly adolescent. But dont justify being and ugly kid for being an a*shole adult.

work on your self esteem else you will have a real problem on your hands come commitment time.

you just have low self esteem, eventually you will find someone you love, who loves you, and you wont feel the need to chase.
Or maybe do something else to make you self confidence better
