i met this really cool guy the other day. he's cute, and we totally clicked. the sucky part is he lives 3 hours away, he came where i live visiting relatives. we hung out for a long time and kissed a little, but it was pretty casual. he's so sweet and PERFECT. before he had to go home.. he told me he was getting his drivers liscense in a few months and that we should meet each other again soon. ): i didn't know he was 16! i'm only 14... and apparently he thinks i am 16 and already have my liscense. how do i tell him? i don't want him to stop talking to me! would you stop talking to me if you were him?

Its OK.
U R just the perfect match with him. Women matures in mind a little earlier than guys. The reason is supported from the official choice of minimum age for marriage. The ideal is 18 for girls, and 21 for boys. So Ur age fall in such a category, that Ur just mentally matured to best suit the guy.

Lets put the issue in this way :- In 2 Years ,U too would get the Driving Licence. Till then, let him drive U to hangouts, share happy hours when U 2 can judge each other, know each other, feel and understand each other.

After that, when U 2 are comfortable, sure, proceed forward with Ur relation .

wish U2 the very best of Luck.

What makes him think that you are 16? did you specifically TELL him that you are 16? If not, then don't sweat it becasue he didn;t care how old you were before he kissed you.

It's only 2 years, anyway.

As far as seeing him again, you're dreaming if you think you are going to have a committed long- distance relationship with a 16 year old boy. Have fun with him when he is in town, but don;t make any plans to meet up. Boys have a way of saying things like "I'll call you!" and "We should get together soon" that they don;t actually mean. It's just their way of keeping the line of communication open IN CASE they might EVER want to see you again.

Don't tell him. I fell in love with a girl who was 16, I, being 18 at the time, had I known this I never would have flown to Belgium to meet her and embark on a wonderful three year relationship. I would have missed out on so much had she told me. Say nothing, hook the fish, let him find out later. By then he will be enamored and age will not matter!

It's so strange because at this age 2 years does seem like a lot. Especially when he turns 18 and you're still 16. Later it won't matter, of course.

Just tell him and see what his reaction is. Whatever it is, you gotta respect it but not telling him or telling a lie would not work for you.

Remember that honesty is always the best policy, Be open, maybe call him or email him and just say that there is a misunderstanding regarding your age and set him straight, do it before you find yourself in a situation that you have to lie to him. He will defiantly stop talking to you when he caught you in the lie.

Dont tell him your age first. When your getting to know him, make sure he thinks your mature enough before you tell him your age. Im a guy and i dont like dating younger girls- well it depends. But if I see a mature and cool girl, then i will go for her, even if shes younger than me. Also, make sure you hang out with mature friends too. Well, anyways, good luck.

hes probably gonna find out sooner or later that you're not 16, so its probably better to just tell him now, before he finds out from somewhere else and then its a big mess. i dont think he'll mind too much if you're 14. just tell him now, dont wait around. its keeps getting worse the longer you wait.

don't go so deep into a relationship at your age, you might end up being a teen mother while the father lives 3 hours away.

No way , you are so cute innocent . pl do explain him that there was no opportunity to share this minor information about your age , its hardly matter, weather you both know every small detail about each other , so cheer up and be confident and happy .
