Yes He can, the thing is you can't hear Him if your always infront of your computer. And God will not respond here, He doesn't use technology because He wants it to be personal, because He is a personal and loving God. You can pray and tell Him what you like and read the bible so that you'll know Him too. Hope I helped you and God bless.

I hear you my child. That is what God would say if he were typing in yahoo answers. But yeah go check out God's word and pray to him and he will give you an answer.

God is present in each and every person. Is there something wrong where you're needing Him right now?
There are many churches (the Catholic one in particular) who can help you if you're feeling stranded or alone.

yes, read the bible, a book designed for brainwashing and putting fear to you if you do not agree with it's teachings. It will help you find god, but i doubt god will find you.
