Dogs are man's best freind - if they lived on mars without man would they be sad and lonely?

Taking your question from an emotional point of view it depends.
I base myself in the fact that there are dogs without owner living in the streets that they are even attacked by people and they are alive and wagging the tail,

What purpose does a dog serve without his man? They would HATE Mars. But, that is where men are from. So... they may not be lonely afterall!

They have the same physiology as us and they would not survive on mars without artificial life support.

yeah dogs could live there.... until they were killed by the air pressure that's 1% of earth's, the temperature that's 120 (celcius) below 0, and the incident UV radiation that's 3 times (i think) that on earth.

so yes, but not for long. and yes, they would be lonely until they died
