Don't skip meals. Make sure your meals contain some protein and essential fat which take longer to digest than carbohydrate and therefore help you feel satisfied for a longer time.
If you really must snack on sugary food or carbohydrate, try to eat it during the day instead of at night.
Otherwise snack on fruits only - apples, grapes, pineapples etc. They're not only good for your skin, they won't make you fat.
Other good snack options are Quaker snack bars, low-salt pretzels, low and non-fat yoghurt, unsweetened cereals, unbuttered popcorn, tortilla chips (baked, not fried), nuts and seeds etc.
Drink lots of water throughout the day or when you're hungry. Water fools your stomach into feeling full.
Once your stomach gets used to eating healthy meals and snacks, you will experience less unhealthy cravings. Hope that helps!!

well dont know if it will work for you but for me its coffee...i drink coffee first thing in the morning.. dont stop till i fill full...then around lunch time... same thing.. drink more coffee.. dinner as well... fills me ..I dont eat as much cause i have so much coffee in me....if the caffine gets to be to much switch to decaffe. works just as great... the rest of the time you need water.. water keeps your system clean....and dont forget to drink your milk,, milk can be very nice afternoon snack attack...
