yes, I do. Here you go!***
Relax, I have done this before. Lets look at the spices and the right products for this recipe.
Ground beef
(I prefer ground chuck)
Salt
Chili powder
Paprika
Cumin
Garlic powder or 2 cloves
Bell pepper
Onion
Instructions for taco recipe:
Let's take 2 pounds of ground beef in 2 quart sauce pan add 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of chili power, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder or 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 2 tablespoons of paprika. Enough water to cover meat.
Bring to a boil. Simmer over medium low heat about an hour. I will check in about 15 minutes take a potato masher break up the meat a little don't want it to cook up in lumps.
Repeat this process 2 or 3 more times. Also make sure we don't run dry of water. Add water if needed. Hour over already!
OK, add 1/2 medium chopped onion, 1/2 medium chopped bell pepper, continue cooking 20 or 30 more minutes.
"Now lets go that extra mile!"
Remove from stove pour into strainer. Let set for 10 or 15 minutes to make sure all grease was removed. At this point we do want to keep the liquid. Now lets remove the grease from the liquid.
Tip> Place in freezer for a few minutes. When grease separates and starts to hardened take spoon and remove. Should have very little liquid left.
1/2 cup would be fine. Place in small pan bring to a boil. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of corn starch in 1/4 cup of cold water add to liquid simmer 4 or 5 minutes. Fold into meat. Now we have a tasty moist taco, grease free.

Looks like a lot of work. Lots of cooking. Not at all. While cooking this, I could be waiting on tables.

I actually had this for dinner tonight, and usually once a week!
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
garlic, minced
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp comino or cumin (same thing)
1/2 tsp to 1 tsp oregano
1 cup water
Brown beef, onion and garlic. Drain. Add other ing. Mix and cook down until water is gone. You can add a little cornstarch to the water before you add it if you like. I like to add green chiles and crushed red pepper too, but some people wuss out on my tacos.
Must have
Pico de Gallo
1/2 onion, minced
1-3 jalapenos, serranos, habaneros, whatever you can take
1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
1 small tomato, chopped fine
lime juce
garlic powder
salt and pepper
mix well
Mash an avacado and add some of the pico and some salsa.
Fry the corn tortillas in hot oil and shape them like taco shells with 2 forks. Drain on paper towels.
Serve all with a little shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream and of course your soon to be famous pico
Good luck!
