Firefox hands-down. Why?

1. Security. Ever since I switched to Firefox, no single spyware/adware/virus has entered my computer.
2. Costumizability. There are literally thousands of extensions available for Firefox so users and costumize the browser to their own needs.
3. Tabbed browsing. Don't know how the hell I lived so long without this. And Firefox handles it better than any other browser I know, specially with extension like TBE.
4. Open source. Firefox is completely open-source. This means you can tweak it however you want. Even Netscape used part of the Firefox 0.9 code to build their new Browser 8.
5. Integrated search. One of Firefox's best features, with a virtually unlimited choice of engines. Just go to mycroft.mozdev.org and see for yourself. And it's greatly improved in Firefox 2.0.
6. No ads. Firefox already has a built in popup blocker. Add extensions like adBlock and Greasemonkey and you'll never be bothered by ads again.
7. StumbleUpon. One of the best reasons to get this browser is this great extension, which lets you access some pretty cool sites you wouldn't see otherwise.
8. Find As You Type. This is a great feature. Too bad 2.0 Beta messed it up.

The only setbacks of Firefox:
1. No ActiveX. This can be good, or bad. Good, because ActiveX is the cause of most spyware. Bad, because of number of sites require it. Windows Update topping them all. That's why you shouldn't get rid of IE just yet.
2. Some pages were made specifically for IE. They look weird when seen on Firefox. Thankfully, the number of these pages is getting smaller every day.

Firefox

Convenience wise tabbed browsing is great, better download manager, and the plugins seem to all work more flawlessly.

Security wise, though of course now more things are targetting firefox, mozilla patches things quickly and continously unlike IE. Also firefox does not have ActiveX which helps limit the amount of spyware viruses one can contract.

Firefox also seems to freeze up less crash less and overall have fewer problems.

Have used firefox since the days of Mozilla and have used every firefox since its release.

I switched to Firefox 2 years and 4 months ago and haven't looked back.

Firefox is far better - it runs faster, is more secure, and has greater functionality.

I especially like the tabbed browser - it makes life so much easier.

FireFox. Since I use Firefox, I dont want to use IE anymore. IE is a great immitator. It uses Firefox rss feed, tabs, popup blocker and more. I would suggest to use it.

FireFox. I am using it right now and you cannot beat the added features that you can add to it. There are almost countless addons, themes, and stuff. It really puts IE to shame.

Do like me. i take advantage of all 3. To be hassle-free i will tell little or no distinction interior the three of them. Google Chrome is fullyyt a sprint swifter, yet little or no. My firefox and internet explorer run in basic terms alike i will not be able to tell any distinction.
