Try to eat more fiber in your diet. So you can "go" on a regular basis. Or seek the advice of a professional...you could have a disorder...but it just sounds you need more fiber.

Its not fat its probably bloating which can happen to some women when they eat the wrong foods ( causing the diahreah ) and also around the time of your period each month. Taking a common stomach medicine like Tums should help, as well as eating healthier, less, or slower.
If it doesn't stop and it bothers you alot - see a doctor

You may want to consider cutting out wheat and/or gluten. Often times these are the cause of the conditions you are suffering from for those who are sensitive (which is a large majority of people, just in varying sensitivities) Best thing to do is see your Doctor and get tested for any intolerance and rule out any other possible illnesses that are similar in symptoms.

Honey have you talked to your doctor? It may be that you have IBS! (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) This sometimes happens to me and that is what I have! They also may call it a spastic colon but it is the same thing! They might give you something like Zelnorm for this condition!
