I remember knowing how to spell these words in Junior high, and in 5th and 6th grade but not before. Does that mean those on here that spell "what" like "wut" or "know" like "noe" are in elementary school? If they are, shouldn't you be in bed?

Oh my gosh!!!! I totally understand. In fact, I asked a question just like this. It drives me batty when people do that, it's like they think they're cool....but to me it show that they're either dumb or lazy!!! Good question, good question.

Oh, to answer your actualy question, I learned in second or third grade!

I learned those words in 1st grade. Right now I'm going into 11th grade. People who write pathetically are the people who are very lazy and don't feel like typing out the full word... they know how to spell it though.

Haha 5th or 6th grade? They are far more advanced than learning how to spell "what" or "know". They're learning the meanings of words (and teacher assume kids can spell it) such as "malicious" or "intensify".

nooooooooo, I think it's a spelling word in like 3rd grade. Regardless jsut liek with any word when a child spells it wrong the teacher corrects it and that helps them learn it as well. REading helps a child with spelling too.
