No Religion is an Island
No Religion is an Island; there is no monopoly on holiness
We are companions of all who revere Him. We rejoice when he is praised
No religion is an island; we share the kingship of humanity, the capacity for compassion
The hand of God is extended to all who seek Him. He is near to all who call upon Him in truth.
God’s spirit rests upon all, Jew or Gentile, man or woman, in consonance with their deeds
The creation of one Adam promotes peace. No one can claim: my ancestry is nobler than yours. There is no monopoly on holiness; there is no truth without humanity
We are diverse in our devotion and commitment. We must unite in working now for the kingship of God.
He is near to all who call upon Him in truth. There can be disagreement without disrespect.
Let us help one another overcome hardness of heart, opening our minds to challenges of faith.
Should we hope for each other’s failures? Or should we pray for each other’s welfare? Let mutual concern replace remnant of mutual contempt, as we share the precarious of being human
Siddur Sim Shalom
think..you should ask..what is the best religion for you and why..i pick Judaism because for me it suits me best. I do not think no religion is better than the other.

Islam. It is logical and practical. Some people say it is not the oldest but I should tell them, the oldest or the youngest dosnt mean anything. Dr. Zakir Naik had said it beautifully
A religion cannot be claimed to be most pure and authentic, only on the criterion that it is the oldest. It is similar to a person saying that the water he has kept in an open glass, in his house, outside the refrigerator, for three months is purer than the water which has just been collected in a clean glass, immediately after it has been purified.
On the other hand a religion cannot be claimed to be the purest or authentic, only on the criterion that the religion is new or the latest. A bottle of distilled water which is sealed, packed and kept in the refrigerator for three months is much purer than a bottle of water freshly collected from the sea.

The religion that leads you to love man and God, the religion that helps you excel on everything and doesnt make you dum, the religion that doesnt seek the truth because it already knows the truth and practice it, the religion the makes everyone happy, the religion that promotes health of mind, body and spirit, the religion that would lead you to love reading the Bible, the religion that would lead you to be rich monetarily, the religion that is not selfish, the religion that is universal, the relgion that has a prophet that leads people to Christ as God, the religion that God established.

Personally, I think the best religion is the one that you yourself take the most interest in , accept and enjoy. Not what your parents, neighbours, friends or relatives say but you , yourself. Why do we feel we have to be molded into a particular religion because 'others' say so? We are the only one who can feel what goes on inside of ourselves. Go out there and experience the religions, you'll find your path.

religion is subjective and a state of mind. The best religion is one that is your own. Faith is more important than any organized religion.

One that doesn't lead to war and the killing of innocent people. Oh yeah, that's just about all of them. What happen to the human being that's happy with just living to survive and doesn't need another false reason to live. A human being who can marvel at his own technological acheivements and live in peace and harmony with others? I do not deny the existence of a 'God.' It would be illogical to have evolution with out some outside influence and a driving force. But I doubt seriously he could be described in a novel written thousands of years ago.
