Depends on the guy. Some guys like they're women to be forward because they are too shy to start anything, other men might take it as you are kind of a slut. So use your best judgement, i'd say 8 times out of 10 times the guy would be ok with it, more so probably turned on and excited by it, i know i would be.

For guys saying that to a girl, Yes. For girls saying that to guys nope. That is another thing that differs between women and men

I wish I had a pair of boots made out of living sharks so that when someone tries to rob me I can kick them in the knee and the sharks will bite them in the knee and their knee would hurt and they would go "Ow! My knee!".
