When a pastor or minister wants to get married, does he hire a pastor or minister or do it himself?

I've always wondered this as a pastor or minister is allowed to marry people, so why not himself to his bride?

What about when a pastor, minister, or priest prays and the congregation is all female, when they end the prayer, do they say, "Awoman" instead of "Amen"?

I have never seen it done-- check with the department of vital statistics to see if its allowed.........interesting!

In most Christian religions Pastors and ministers cannot marry unless they give up the title.Silly but that is the way most Christian sects have set up their idea of what the leader of the church can and cannot do.

Of course but usually they are allready married when they become a minister or paster but yes they do hire someone to marry them instead of themselves

a pastor never gets married.that's what people say.but ministers do,i think that they hire one cause getting themselves a wife sometimes may cause trouble.....!
