Excercise and eat healthy. Healthy, meaning, 3 meals or 6 small meals of healthy foods a day. Don't cut out any one food group. Just make smart choices - eat salads, less fat, more fruit and veggies. Drink lots of water, and get plenty of exercise. Walk, run, ride bikes. You're young - you'll be fine!
But talk to your doctor or school nurse or parents first so they can help you design a fitness and healthy eating plan that's more tailored to you. You're only 12, and 120 pounds is not bad for your height! Don't be too obsessed!

hey there,
as a mother, I would tell you to try not to stress out about it. I was the same growing up, however, as soon as I got into college, I lost 20 pounds. Now is the PERFECT time for you to start eating healthy and doing some kind of activity. Just walking is great. The great habits you start now with stay with you for life. If you need to talk about something that may be triggering bad eating habits - go to a non-bias person a counselor or a family friend. Good Luck and blessings to you!

properly, mr. i dont desire to pass, i dont think of so as that is not hardship-free to do, yet once you desire to lose 3 to 4 kilos possibly you need to do a juice weight loss application for a week, yet you would be extra suited off doing routines for 60-ninety minutes an afternoon, on the treadmill
