im not fat, i have an average body and im interested in taking some classes at my gym to get more toned.. i was thinking maybe boxing, kick boxing, or pilates. what do you recomend, and why?

I recomend boxing and pilates...both of them. You gotta do both things. Pilates makes long beautiful muscles and make a nice tummy. Box works out the arms, chest, the back. Both of them together are a bomb!!!
If you don't want big efforts go for pilates, you get toned your body, get nice muscles and a good tummy, the problem is kinda slow and you need lot of patience.
The box is more moving, moving.
Anything you choose is great.

dont start out too big to soon I started with a 12 oz can
then went to a 12 bottle after i was confident i could do
it at least 12 in a row i progressed up to the 16 oz they work ok
except on really hot days then i use the 22 oz If u are really strong and
running low on money u can go with the 32 oz and my dad my hero
he can do 12 of them 40 oz hes got such toned arms it amazing
