my body is in pretty good shape but my butt doesnt match, any pants i wear fit perfectly except on my butt, what can i do to lose that weight? any specific exercises or websites that can help?

Leg lifts towards the back... don't know what they are called

Stand holding the back of a chair with both hands.
Lift your right leg straight out behind you, doing reps.
Then do with the left leg.

Also, on the floor all fours.
Straightne the right leg. Lift straight up and down numerous times. Repeat w/left.

On all fours again, extend your leg out, and then raise your leg, bend your knee so your foot is up in the air. Raise and lower the bent leg - knee will touch the floor.
Repeat.

These are best done with ankle weights. Or on the gym machines.

There are many but is what would help the most is to cut out the Mc Donald's and try Subway instead, Ride a bicycle at least 1 1/2 miles every day at a steady pace, do 10 push ups and 20 sit ups in the morning and at night before bed for the first 2 weeks and then double that there after the first 2 weeks.You also want to cut out the pasta and bread products along with the sugars.Eat high protein foods and to satisfy that sweet taste,try some fresh fruit.This diet and exercise will not only help you loose the fat but is also healthy for you and gives you plenty of energy and makes you feel better all the way around.

Exercise aerobically to get rid of fat. There is no such thing as spot reduction, though.

its pretty easy
just stand on ur tippy toes
and keep redoing it over and over
this will tighten ur butt gr8
