I've got a bodybuilding contest coming up on Sunday and I'm at 7% bodyfat right now which is too high. How realistic is it to lose 2 lbs or so in 4-5 days?

Very realistic! Just don't consume any sugary foods at all! Do cardiovascular exercise more often than weights (for an hour or so) and in no time you'll lose the 2 lbs that you want to lose.

7% body fat is close to becoming unhealthy. Short of liposuction, there is no way you can lose 2% body fat in 4 days without doing harm to your body. If you weight 180 lbs (12.6 lbs fat). to get to 5% body fat you will have to lose 4.6 lbs. One pound a day is hard for an obese person to lose.

PLEASE listen to the people that actually bodybuild, the guy above with 24 years is right.

I would like to add and i hate to say this but diaretics and plastics suites while doing cardio can do it. I used to box in college and am currently bodybuilding, and cutting wieght is a pain for most.

I feel for you but 2 lbs with only 7% currently is tough. GOOD LUCK and stay away from salt. lol duh.

Yes it is. You can take a sauna bath for 1 hour, and you will loose weight fast, even more than 2 lbs.
But it has to really hot, it's hard but it works.

It's possible. All you would have to do is follow a strict diet that concentrates on chemical breakdown. I don't remember the diet, from what I know it tastes horrible, but it works. Try looking for it on the net, just remember its about chemical breakdowns.

average weight loss is 2 lbs a week. a male can lose even faster because the muscle will burn fat faster.

You can easily lose 2 pounds off your body, but it won't be "body fat". It will mostly be water weight, but that's all that counts, right?
