I've been going to the gym for two weeks now. I started off 3 times a week but now am going 6 days a week. I was wondering if I should eat weight loss tablets - there are so many I don't know which one to choose. Or should I try chinese weight loss tea? Please give some friendly advice. Thanks.

Teas and herbal products are great if you know why you're taking them and what is the products intended purpose upon your body. I'm weary of taking anything besides the basic necessary supplements; multivitamins and omega 3 for weight management purposes. Taking weightloss "alternatives" breeds dependancy upon things that could end up hurting you in the long run. Your best choice would be to create a healthy exercise, eating, and supplementation habit that you can do for the rest of your life.

Stick with the basics and they will give you longlasting results. Trust in the principles that will help you lose weight and the results will come as a byproduct. Keep up the good work.

Enjoy your results,

Ok, first of all, the so-called Chinese Weigh-loss Tea does not work. I bought some and the best thing about it is that it tastes good. So, don't buy it. Plain green tea is good to boost your metoblism, get it from the grocery store. All weight loss pills do the same thing and have mostly the same ingredients. I am a firm beleiver in diet pills b/c they give me th extra kick that I need. I am currently trying Trimspa and it seems to be doing ok,
I just started so no real dramatic results yet. Good Luck..

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Do not take a weight loss tablet!! those things are not any good for you. There is no "quick way" to lose weight, other than exercising and eating good. However, one tea I can think of that is good for losing weight is green tea.

the hard way is the best way.watch what your eating and keep going to the gym. I would not start those tablets bad habits die hard and you don't want to be in the habit of taking tablets then when you lose the weight you may have the trouble giving the tablets up in fear you may gain the weight back on. Good luck

i know of weight loss pills, they cost £17.50 a week, i have just posted a question, asking if anyone else is on them, and how they effect them, i am on them at moment, but cant say how they make me feel, my mind don't seem to be anywhere at times, they are antisupressants, they do work for a while, but i get stressed easy then i override them, i do find i get more energy from them, i need the energy as i have a under active thyroid, that makes me lose my weight slower than the average person, you get them from the national slimming clinic, you do see a doctor each time you go back for more and to be weighed, but as one of my answers said you should not take them if you suffer from depression, also there are a few other health matters such as blood pressure eg look them up first on the net to see if you be allowed them, they are called phentamime, also another one i have tried only worked for a short while were stacks got them from a body shop they are round £30+ for a 100

u have not mentioned if there is weight loss by now.. however weigh now and do it every month.. actually there is no need to take any pills ... along with exercise.. you must control your diet.. eat green veg cooked with very very little oil, hardly any masala, not too much frying, no soft drinks, ice creams,no red meat, avoid hard drinks ... drink lot of water ( definitely not after exercise}, lot of fruits, salads with no oils, drink milk-- avoid juices, take home made soups of all kinds.. make a time table for the whole week or fortnight.. follow rigidly.. after two months give your report

Eat a grapefruit instead of drinking juice; the fiber can help you feel full longer, and grapefruit is which could help with weight loss.
