Its called MONEY thats why. The other people come with money while the mexicans come to work. By not allowing Mexicans in it also forces them to take jobs in factories which are owned by Americans and and Asians which are side by side less than 5 minutes from the otay mesa border crossing. These people work for 8 dollars a day for a 10 hour day 6 days a week and everything which is assembled is then trucked across into the US and sold for big bucks. Example the flat screen tvs that every one is paying like 5 or 6000 dollars for they cost aprox. 300 in total to make. Thats a big profit for the big american companies dont you think and those profits can only be kept if the workers stay in mexico. I would think if the US really cared about the US citizens they would make sure that they werent over charged for products being sold. I feel the same as you on how ridiculous it is to not allow them visas and yet give visas out to other countries. The effect of all this craziness will soon be felt all over the US because food prices are going to go sky high and probably will be food shortages by next year. No american is going to go out in the fields and pick tomatoes for 2 dlls an hour. So where is the food going to come from.. and what is going to happen to all the farms? The farmers will sell their farms and houses will be built and more visas will be given to other countries so new money can come into the states. Mark my words . THe US is going to regret all this illegal crap. The US used to be self contained but the way things are going it wont be very soon. Already there isnt enough produce to feed the US and big trucks cross with produce from mexico to the us everyday.

To a lot of human beings are complaining the U. S. does not provide sufficient visas, yet they provide out an excellent sort of visas, yet in line with possibility they slowed it down because of the fact those that are transforming into visas at the instant are not leaving whilst their time is up, so as that they injury it for everbody else. this is one way 800 thousand illegals come each year from different worldwide places, and that may no longer counting the illegals coming sort Mexico. I even have heard it somewhat is problematic to get a visa if your from Europe. and that i do no longer no why. And their have been an excellent sort of Mexicans that have come legally. yet maximum basically say screw your rules. each and every united states of america has immigration costs.

I wondered about the same thing and decided to look it up a while back. According to the US, they will give visas to countries that we don't have an over abundance of illegal crossings. I personally think it is wrong and that everyone should have an equal opportunity to get one. Mexicans also have to pay the most for their papers. They do this because they know that Mexicans can not afford them. That is why we have illegal crossings. If they made it easier for mexican familys to have the same opportunities and prices, we wouldn't have such a big problem with it.

Cubans who come to the US illegally get to stay because the US has a policy not to deport them to a communist country. The others are all equal. The US gives visas to people who have high skills that are not available in the US. I don't know if the facts in your question are true, but I assume that if they are it's because the individuals requesting visas don't have high skills to offer. I think this is common in all countries.
