unprocessed food....meaning - the less is printed on the label the better...basically eat like humans ate in the last thousand years before civilization came up.
so..."healthy" under this premise could be.....veggies, fruit, fish, only very little meat (only occasionally), tofu, whole grain products (but the real ones...not the toast which is loaded with chemicals to make it look nice or be fresh for a century). Every eadible plant or plant product, dairy products. Eggs. Use unrefined oils, like good virgin olive oil, you often can substitute butter with olive oil. If you want to eat pasta try whole grain pasta. Perhaps you have a wholefoods market near to you ro a Trader Joe's. You can get those things there.
If you can afford it buy organic products, they are less loaded with pesticides and artificial hormones and also taste better. Just more expensive.
And stay away from vitamin pills and food supplements and that stuff. If you eat balanced and moderate you don't need that.
Also white flour products are not very good, white bread for example is nothing but starch with air.
Most important - just eat well balanced and moderate, not too much. Just a tiny bit of everything. You can't go wrong with loading up on fruit and vieggies though.
And also not so good: Sodas like Coke, Pepsi and even the commercial juices are way too sweet. In nature you won't find sugar levels like that, so -> not healthy. Instead either squeeze some juice for yourself, or drink water, teas (unsweetened) etc.
Overall - try to avoid "artificial" things.

ï· Eating even moderate amounts of oily fish, such as mackerel, salmon and sardines, may cut by half the risk of prostate cancer.
ï· Men in China have the world's lowest rate of prostate cancer and one of the reasons may be a diet rich in garlic, shallots and onions.
ï· A diet rich in tomato sauce, ketchup and other tomato-based products that contain lycopene also can lower the risk of prostate cancer.
ï· Broccoli and broccoli sprouts contain a chemical that kills the bacteria responsible for most stomach cancers; broccoli also has been shown to reduce prostate cancer.
ï· As little as half an alcoholic drink a day can reduce the risk of heart attacks (beer, red or white wine, liquor)
ï· Edible cranberry-like berries from the autumn olive plant have been found to have up to 18 times more lycopene than tomatoes, and could also be a cancer fighter.
ï· Longtime tea drinking may make bones stronger, and reduce the risk of dying after a heart attack.
ï· Take daily raw carrots, tomatoes, green beans, these all
contain alpha-carotene (more powerful than beta-carotene)
ï· Use garlic and onions
The results of a few epidemiological studies suggest that high intakes of garlic and other Allium vegetables (e.g., onions and leeks) may help protect against gastric and colorectal cancer
