just blow dry your hair in the cool setting with your head upside down. it'll dry slower, giving you more volume. then use some mousse. oh, yeah. the shampoo you should use is any full and thick shampoo like Pantene. also, lighter shades of hair color look thinner than dark ones. you could also try curling your hair, or teasing it.

OK this ones easy if your hair is long and thin, then cutting it shorter will make it look fuller (sorry long hair enthusiast) the shorter it is the fuller it looks. Now if your not willing to part with your thin locks the only viable solution is for a body wave or perm. There are no real solutions in the shampoo department. But don't believe me waste your money on those products :))

different people have different preferences and results vary. You should try a volumizing shampoo (any brand) and see if that works for you. If not, next time try another one. That is how you can figure out which one works for you. And as someone already said, blowdrying your hair upside down does work too, but do only for 5 minutes or so just to give your hair a boost

You should try Biolage energizing shampoo. It works well for thin fine hair! Also blow dry it upside down and don't brush it use your hands to style. Another trick is to make sure your scalp is completly dry after shampooing before you style it. You can also try big rollers on the top to add extra volume! Good Luck!

I have really fine and limp hair, and believe me, there is no shampoo that really works, but you can try the nexus brand... on the other hand, Avon has a product called "mega volume spray" the price is only 5.oo and right now they have a sale that if you buy a product, they give you a brush free... hope this works for you as well as it does for me! I really love this spray!
PS- if you get it, rub you scalp with it to get the most effect.

I have the same problem (well not really I have split ends and I pick at them every day) I use pantene, use it every day. It does really work. As well if you blow dry your hair what helps to make it look fuller is (to how can I say this) tilt your head forward and have your hair hanging from the front, brush as you blow try. I do it and it does wonders for my hair.

Well, this isn't a shampoo, but it still makes your hair look fuller. If you blow-dry it upside-down.... I have thin, fine hair and it works for me. Although sometimes it makes my hair frizzy, so I use Thermasilk's Light & Smooth leave-in cream. Hope this helps!

huge attractive Hair makes an excellent shampoo and conditioner that can help you're making the many of the hair you've. That stated, there is not any shampoo that can upload fullness without the right haircut and grace.

Suave makes a Thick and Full shampoo and conditioner that really works... i already had thick hair and thin strands, but when i used it, my hair seemed to be "heavier" and much thicker.... Its the cheap and effective alternative.... Mane and Tail does just as good....but more expensive... but it's worked for me
Hope that helps you out!

i have very thin hair and i started using Nioxin shampoo and conditioner. make sure you get the one for your hait type. if you chemically treat your hair, then get the one for the chemically treated hair. if you don't do anything to yor hair, then use the one for normal hair. believe me, the stuff works. it's a little expensive, but it really does work and it smells like mint. this stuff is made for people with thinning hair in the early stages. good luck.
