Tomorrow is the first day of school...but this entire week I've been stressed and haven't gottten much sleep or my pattern has been all off. Does anyone know some natural home stress relievers that might help me get a good nights rest for tomorrow?

go for a nice long walk just to clear your mind and calm you down. exercising is good too cuz it helps you fall asleep. or just talk with a good friend

I don't know about girls, but I usually spend some time with Rosy Palmer and I sleep like a baby. Maybe the same thing works for you.

Valerian root and melatonin are good.

A hot bath. Some warm milk. Try spearmint or lavender.

umm yoga is really good, but if u dont have anyhting for that..meditate..i kno it sounds dumb but it is really relaxing.juss go into a silent room and meditate..breath in through your nose and out through your mouth...and juss think abotu good things.and play relaxing music if u want..juss try and relax..i do it usmtimes and it works.......or juss take a nice hot bath....and relax, that works for me too

you could try to do some stretching & sit bakc w some soothing music & lavender is known to be calming, maybe use lavender bath oil or burn some lavender candles or oils....you could also get some sleepy time tea its very soothing & helps me to relax
