This person lies about almost everything. She feels she can't tell me the truth because i blow up. I tell her i get upset not because of the truth but because of the lie she tells to cover up the truth. I tell her that by lying to me ,she must not have much respect for me.

This is what is known as bad behavior. Bad behavior is punished by not spending time with her. If you have several girlfriends who are vying for your attention, any one of them who misbehaves gets to spend time alone as you go out with the others and have a good time. If it's bad enough, she gets her walking papers. A few weeks (or days) later you replace her.
The root of the problem here is you are monogamous with her. Quite literally, she takes you for granted.
Dump her. And start over. Get another girlfriend and don't allow monogamy. Then get another girlfriend and then another. Make it clear that they are in competition for your time.
Monogamy is for married folk who need a stable situation to raise children. It is simply not appropriate for people who are just dating.
And you have direct experience with this.

Dump the lying sneaky *****. **** girls who make you think that you're doing something wrong by getting mad. Lose her.

If the person is your friend then they won't lie to you....
If they lie to you then they are not truly your friend
