I've used sun-in and lemon juice. I never saw a difference with sun in but my friend uses lemon juice to streak her hair and she has nice highlights. I was in 8th grade when I first dyed my hair. I said hey mom, want to dye our hair together. She didn't want to but I said, can I? I want to try something new. Will you help me pick a color? Just talk to your mom.

The first time I dyed my hair I was nervous to ask my mom too...but I just told myself, if I don't ask, it won't happen. So I just asked her straight out, and she said yes!
Now, do NOT use Sun-In! It will turn your hair orange, and it will be so dry that it will feel like straw. Lemon juice can work sometimes, but I wouldn't reccommend it.

Sun in works but its uneven, go for a low level ammonia free non-permanent hair color - If you dont like it you can wash it out in a couple of weeks. Ive been dying my hair since I was 12 its nothing!!! Dont do the Lemonjuice sun in route your hair will look like straw go for the good stuff like Natural Instincts it will give your hair a lovely shine.

But yeah, lemon juice + sunlight can work but it takes a long while.
As far as bleaching, if you get it done by a good hair dresser and use good conditioner it can turn out well.
But 'Sun In" usually turns it orange.

Oh please DO not use sun-in that stuff is terrible!!! If your mom or dad say no maybe its for good reason. Have you considered that it is permanent? even if you try to color it back it will never be the same? You really want nasty roots after you dye it and are waiting for it to grow out?. If you do decide to do it please just go a few shades lighter don't try to go blonde if you have brown hair it never truns out good. Or try to do brown if you have blonde , you end up with faded color that looks terrible.

Do Not Dye wiht chemical.s
Lemons sometimes work. It depends on your hair.
But to make it lighter and henna.

You can try any of the following sites. On two of them you post your pic and that way you can see your self with a new hair style before you try it in your self. Hope it helps.
