I know about olives, light mayo, peanut butter and some nuts. Can anyone think of some others?

avocados are another thing that is high in fat but relatively low in calories.

if you've heard about the Laughing Cow Cheese wedges, one wedge is 30 calories with 2 grams of fat...and some fruits like tangerines and plums are sometimes below 45 calories. There are many vegetables, like tomatoes, mushrooms, and lettuce that are VERY low in everything.

Well, considering that a gram of fat has 9 calories, half a teaspoon of butter would fit your criteria...
