I have been trying to call this girl for some time that I see around. I dont know her, but I know enough to like her, she is hot, and a good person. From seeing her can tell.

Perfectly natural. I used to have a crush on a girl I didn't know that well. I found her phone number in the phone book and called her up. It didn't work out between us but I feel better for having tried. If I hadn't done anything and just let her get away I never would have known what could have been. You won't get far in life if you don't take risks. When you call her say, "I'm so-and-so and this may sound weird but I have a crush on you." Or if you're not comfortable doing that you could always write her a note and give it to her somehow. Slip it in her bookbag when she's not looking or mail it to her house. I would try another route then calling her - unless you already have met her. Becuase how are you going to explain how you got her number- plus what if she doesnt like you after you talk and meet.

Depending on where you see her - any girl would fall for these-
1) If you know where she works- send her flowers with a card- saying how you would love to get to know her better- and you are speechless aound her so you sent flowers.
2) Just go up to her! But dont hit on her! Compliment her somehow- her hair or smile. Ask her if she like to go get something to eat or listen to music. Tell her how you have wanted to talk to her but were to shy- she will love it.
