Why yes, yes I do know what a religious order is.
A religious order is an organization the members of which all agree to live according to a common set of rules. Examples include the Jesuits, Franciscans, and Sisters of Charity.
A denomination is a subgroup within a religion that develops due to geographic, ideological, or cultural differences among the members of the religion. Many religions, including Islam (Sunni and Shi'a) and Christianity (Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Presbyterian, Baptist, Anglican, et cetera ad nauseam) have denominations.

*Religious Order : usually associated with the Catholic Church and their Religious Orders or communities, such as the Domincans or Franciscans, etc...
Denomination: came into being with the Protestant Reformation and meaning division or apart. The Catholic Church by definition is not a denomination...it is THE Church....the others that split away are a denomination.
Religion: anything goes here.
