Cut out sugar and drink water. Sugar stops any diet from really working. Sugar = starch (unless it's whole grain) and although fruit is good - try to limit it to berries and melons and eat it first thing in the morning - and not after a meal! That will make a huge difference on how your body burns calories.
Oh - and cut out soda - soda is a huge weight-gainer....

I hate losing those last 10! Yes, you definitely CAN lose 10 pounds in a month, but chances are, you will gain them back. Any time your body loses that amount of weight in a quick amount of time, it tends to not stay that way. I would suggest eating healthily and exercise. Don't starve yourself (Your metabolism will slow) and don't overexert your body.

you can lose ten pounds in a week i did all i did was eat breakfast and have like a banana for luch and eat a small super and i meen small lkie one cup of a veteble and a glass of Water and and a pice of meat the size of your palm ;major hint do not drik pop do drink orgen jucie or milk in the moring but manly driking alto of water helps you burn calories with kill the amouunt of weight you gain and eat cellery it fills you up at lunch but dose not have anything to make you fat it's called a filler helps kill hunger at lucnh so that you don't eat to much and it's a good snack fills u up but dosen't make you grow lol and and work out atfter super like go for a 30 min walk but walk fast or you could jugge for 20 mins.

I'd suggest competitive swimming. The workouts will trim off the extra pounds and you'll keep the weight off for weeks after you've quit the workouts.

It's always the last 10 that are the hardest..portion control..aerobic exercise..anaerobic exercise ..just about anything...10 lbs in a month isn't unreasonable.

Don't know your life style. But to lost 1 lb, you need to burn off 3600 Cal. So plan your diet & routine to have a defiet of 36,000 cals for I month to hit your target of 10 lbs.
