you can use tweezers and pluck the hairs or wax it at home with a product like veet wax strips (which take virtually no skill or experience to use, are cheap, and available at any drugstore-but hurt), or go to a salon and get it waxed. Additionally, if the hair is just dark but not particularly thick you can use an at home bleaching hit like jolene, which is also available in pharmacies. There are also mini eppilators made for the face, but this isn't really as practical as the other options seeing as they can be quite expensive and even more painful that waxing or tweezing.

You can choose to pluck it, wax it, or you could bleach it. I pluck mine, but I do not have a lot. Plucking can be painful and leaves a red spot, so if you do decide to pluck, make sure you do it before bed or a time where you can let it heal before going into public. The same probably goes for waxing. Bleaching can also have some downsides- you aren't getting rid of the hair, and you could be sensitive to the bleach. I guess whatever works best for you... I hope I've helped!

You can use scissors specially designed for your upper lip because they give a close cut without actually cutting you. Do NOT use normal scissors you will have stuble and it will be very obvious. Also after trimming your upper lip using upper lip dye (if your white) makes what you can't possible get so much less noticable, but you have to trim it first.

Use a nair product that's specifically designed for facial hair. Waxing hurts like hell, and it's hard to do without damaging your skin. Bleaching doesn't make much of a difference, so don't bother.

I use Nair for face. You just put it on your upper lip for about five minutes, then use a wet towel to take it off. Works like magic!

You don't have to remove it because that can hurt and it comes back later. Find a good body hair bleecher and just bleech it. You can only see it if you look really really really close. You have to bleech every now and then but it works great.

Usually, that is too long for me. I believe it depends on the guy and also his face though. Certain guys can easily pull off long hair and other people can't.
