i would say that it can probably last a few days to a week if refrigerated....it also depends on your recipe. some recipes call for vinegar to be used....the vinegar will cause the parsley and other herbs in the sauce to turn brown and wilt more quickly. the sauce also tastes better if used immediately so i wouldnt recommend making it earlier than the night before and if you know you wont use it all, try to cut the recipe in a half...a little goes a long way and a little fresh sauce will always taste better than a bunch of old sauce.
