From Vegas you will need to fly to an International Airport such as LA, Detroit, or New York. Flight plans usually are set up from your city to an international airport, from the international airport to a midpoint such as Nigoya, Japan, and then from Nigoya to Manila, etc. Some are more direct, and expensive. Total time traveling will be on the order of 24 hours. Check the Internet for Philippine Travel Agentslocated here in the USA. There are many of them. Using these agents it is possible to secure tickets at significantly lower rates than those offered by the normal airline ticket agents. Low prices are offered on non-busy travel dates. For example, do not try and get tickets around Thanksgiving or Christmas. The prices are 20 - 30 per cent higher then. I recommend Tourist Class and the very back seat in the airplane where the seating changes from three on each side to two on each side... Select the window seat. The leg and arm room there is much more plentiful than anywhere else and very welcome on the long segment of your flight - about 21 hours. My wife is from the Philippines so we use these thoughts often. One other source of tickets we have used is Cheap Tickets on the Internet, but like any other agency, buy well in advance for cheapest rates.

You will find a range of fares by searching some of the sites like
Travelocity, Expedia, Sidestep,and Orbitz
Using a travel agent can be more expensive that purchasing a fare on the Internet
From Las Vegas you should look at Northwest Airlines, as well as Philippine Air
Current fares range from approx. $1100.00-1469.00

i think your best bet would be some cheap tickets thing online and then find flights from las vegas to LA and then LA to Phillipines.. it would be way cheaper i think to do that.
