I believe the raw apple cider vinegar has a higher potassium content. If you are asking what the difference is physically, one is distilled (evaporated to make it pure) the other is not. Probably the distilling process removes some of the potassium.

The distilled has been processed --so it is very clear and does not have the particles that raw apple cider has (which are where a lot of the nutrients are!)

apple cider vinegar is mostly used for sweet pickeling...distelled vinegar is the strong clear stuff...
