All the professional ones know they're gonna get locked up once in a while. I think some of them might even think of it as a short vacation. Free food, free bed, and no selling yourself to get it.

If he is too clean probably a clue. Before you do any dealing invite him to have a drink. Cops don't drink on the job! Catch him off guard, ask him where he works, and watch for the eye twitch or the stutter. If his hands are clean and soft you know he doesn't do construction. If they ask you to have sex, you can agree or not, and if they offer to pay you, ask them how much do they feel it's worth. If they set an amount, or even offer up money when you have not indicated such, then it is entrapment.
