Pace yourself get into a rhythm of breathing in the nose out the mouth. Your speed should not make you tired. Increase cardiac rate slightly until you feel a little uncomfortable at first and back off until you are comfortable. Watch for oncoming traffic. Good Luck

I always breathe in during two steps then breathe out during two steps. I know this because when I jog I count in my head. It is my little trick. When I sprint I breathe very little, and quick in, then very slow out. I keep my hands loose, too.

hold breath, step step step step breathe in and out, repeat . Its just like swimming. 1,2,3,4, breathe, in then out...

when exercising, breathe in thru your nose and out thru your mouth
