Do you have any of the other expansions for sims2? The one I like the best is Nightlife because your sims can get cars and drive to community lots or work. Open for Business is good if you want your sims to own/run their own businesses. They can have home businesses or you can have them buy a lot/store to run. It is interesting if you like that kinda stuff. You have to hire employees and pay them, restock the store when things are bought. It can be interesting and a challenge to try to get them to make a profit.

If you love the Sims then do it. Even if you don't like the "open for business" theme, you atleast get new objects.
