Could you be referrering to Myasthenia gravis? A chronic disorder characterized by weakness and rapid fatigue of any of the muscles under your voluntary control. It's caused by a breakdown in the normal communication between nerves and muscles. If so, the Mayo Clinic site has info on it. I usually visit that site to find medical information and they do have a list of all diseases so if this is not what you are referring to, maybe you can find it there.
