She could have popped something out of place, or gotten something stuck in the pad so check that.. also, check her gums for any discoloration and see if her nose is hot, and if it is that could be a sign of an underlying illness ...I had a problem with my dog when I first got him.. he started limping and we took him to the vet immediatly and they tried to say that he jumped off of something (as he had a history of jumping off of things even as a young puppy)and would be better in a few days.. well, he didn't. So about a week passes, and the dog can't walk. At all. It started off with one leg hurting and now he can't even move.. so we took him to the vets again, and after extensive tests and x-rays, they come up with the conclusion that he had a total-joint-shutdown (I'm not sure of the exact terminology), but he's fine now after about 3 weeks. But something like that could happen, so be sure to get it checked out.

Your a little vague here but let me try to help. Is your pup otherwise OK except for the limp? If so check his paw and his foot pad to make sure he doesn't have something in it. When you touch his leg or paws does he Yelp? Like other have suggested he may have pulled a muscle or sprained something in his leg. What breed is your dog? Is it a small breed? Pom, Chi, Pek etc these breeds are known to have week knees that from time to time pop out of their sockets. Call your vet and ask him what you should do. It may be something simple or the vet may have you bring him in. Best of luck to you. I hope the furry fella is well soon.

She ought to have popped some thing out of position, or gotten some thing stuck contained in the pad so verify that.. also, verify her gums for any discoloration and be conscious if her nostril is warm, or perhaps if it is that ought to correctly be a demonstration of an underlying ailment ...I had a difficulty with my canines after I first were given him.. he began limping and we took him to the vet immediatly and they tried to say that he jumped off of a few thing (as he had a heritage of jumping off of issues on an same time as a youthful pup)and must be extra effective in some days.. properly, he did not. So about a week passes, and the canines can't walk. in any respect. It began off with one leg hurting and now he can't even pass.. so we took him to the vets back, and after huge assessments and x-rays, they arise with the proper that he had a finished-joint-shutdown (i'm no longer particular of the precise terminology), yet he's wonderful now after about 3 weeks. yet some thing like that ought to take position, so be particular to get it regarded at.

Did she fall on it wrong? What kind of dog is it? Some small dogs get very happy and jump around and sometimes land wrong on there leg. Feel her leg, does she cry or pull it away, if so shes hurt and needs to go to the vets! Good luck

Without a veterinarian's opinion, it's too hard to say.
I would check his pads out - maybe he stepped on something and has a cut. Maybe there is something burrowed in his pad, like a small stone.
I seriously wouldn't delay if this continues much longer - a vet is your "best answer"!!!!!
But here on YA, I guess I could be the best answer, if you see fit! LOL
Good Luck with your puppy!

She may have pulled a muscle or a variety of other thing. Best to call your vet if she is still limping in the morning. Hope she is better.

She could have hurt herself while playing. it could be as simple as a pulled muscle, or sprain. If the limping continues, or if you see any swelling, take her to the vet for X-rays.
