Apparently, someone in Homeland Security has made it a policy that our
US Border Patrol cannot pursue illegal aliens or smugglers!
In fact, they have charged and convicted two US Border Patrol agents
for shooting a drug smuggler in the rear and each officer is now facing
20 years in prison!
This news is traveling through our movement like wildfire. This ruling
assures us that the US Border Patrol has no chance of accomplishing
their mission. They are sitting ducks that cannot pursue now.
When you have reviewed this story, please give us your suggestions on

thanks guys for the most part everyone was respectful i am shocked at some of the answers who thought i was wrong to post this lol kkk my *** , they are law enforcement next thing ya know a bank robber can run from the cops when they say freeze it means nothing no laws mean anything to these people

Have you noticed that certain stories disappear from mainstream press and you can only find them in 'pick up' sites? One I saw said National Guardsmen saw men in Mexican Army uniforms with guns come across our border, but because they weren't armed all they could do was to call the border patrol.
This was a border town 'channel 4 news' web page. I expected to see stories about it all over, now that it was a legitimate witness who saw this. I was prepared to hear that the people were drug smugglers in disguise, but was not expecting the story to disappear.
Something very weird is going on.
I just read the fuller story below. This is terrible. Do send it to Lou Dobbs, and Tom Tancredo.

I think they meant he had no business chasing him because he was fleeing back into mexico. They probably said he shouldnt have shot him because the guy was no longer endangering the border agens once they were running away from both of them. This is typical in all areas of law enforcement. The only problem is he should have been allowed to shoot. This will encourage boarder agents to quit their low paying jobs in fear of lawsuits.

Everyone should write -e-mail their congress pesron this is going to far. I guess illegals now have a new way to enter carry drugs run nobody will chase you least they cause you to fall upon the hard ground .. Enough is Enough. Illegals have more rights then citizens any more

Email your Navy and Navy Reserve-include the retired branch. This was posted a day or two ago. It took me less than 5 minutes to send several emails out. And I already got one answer from one. They are going to dispute this. Ask them and tell them how you feel. You will find their main web page and go from there. This is plain injustice-voice your voice.

Gov't does not want to change anything at the border. Gov't wants to give appearance of changing things at the border to get the votes of scared-to-death old people who absolutely fear minorities.

Everyone should call or write your Congress person and tell them that this is wrong and your not going to vote for them , nether are all your family and friends , if they don't stop it . NOW !!!!!!
