The question could have been deleted. When a question is deleted, it no longer shows up in your Q&A. You do get to keep the points that you earned for your answer.

After answering you must press the button 'submit' at the end of the rows. Then only your answer is registered against your account and you are given 2 points as per rules.

ur computer got hanged at that time or u didnt press the submit button or u deleted ur answer or yahoo had some problems
