There are emulators for the computer that mimic many consoles... not sure if they are any good... search PS2 Emulator on yahoo! for a LOT of choices or go here to start http://www.ps2-emulator.com/

You mean playing the ps2 disc? As far as I know, most likely there's no way. You can view the contents of the disc. Don't make any changes tho. The files have weird extensions, but I've been able to rip GTA: VC's soundtrack before >:3
