Can you relate to the quarter life crisis? High-paying high stress job but no idea what to do with my life. Plus really no upward movement in my job in 5 years. No super enthused about much of anything. Bad sign?

As someone who has lived through about 20 more years of life than yourself, I can tell you that you will go through peaks and valleys all through your life. So don't let it throw you when you are in one of the valleys. As one previous answer suggested, finding a new interest might help, or pursuing a hobby, joining a club, etc. Life gets boring if you don't mix things up a little from time to time.

Bad sign.

What do you want to do?

What will it take to get there?

Are you willing to do it?

The rest is up to you.
