I had the same problem. I went to the doctor and found out I have ulcers. They gave me some meds for the ulcers and the gas wasn't so bad after that. Plus, the healthier the food you eat, the worse the gas is. Like fruit, it's the ascorbic acid. Veggies, the fiber content and ruffage. You can go to WebMD and find out more online! Hope you feel better soon!!

Limit your intake of foods that ferment -- yogourt, cheeses, beans, broccholi, cauliflower, some types of cheeses. Greesy fatty cheap fast foods will also tend to produce gasses -- avoid McDonalds, Burger King, and the like. Bulking agents tend to produce gasses -- Metamucil and the like. Beano works only in very large amounts, and be sure you do not put it on hot foods -- it destroys the enzyme in the product. That leaves you with lean meats, chicken, soups, fresh fruits and veggies, except those mentioned. And, when mother nature calls, answer, don't put it off..... helpful?

Drink Kefir. Its a thick milk thats tastes like yogurt. Chug a pint bottle and it'll go away. Drink some every once in a while and you won't hardly ever fart.

Kefir is probiotic, and replaces the good bacteria in your digestive system.

Kefir is ok but can be nasty to some who haven't tried it. You can throw kefir and a banana in a blender with a little honey and it makes a pretty good smoothie.

Acidophilus
Looking to “tune-up” your intestinal health or GI tract? Try one of our high quality Acidophilus products, all designed to stimulate the growth of “friendly” bacteria in our digestive tracts and encourage proper nutrient absorption.** Acidophilus can be important for adults who are taking antibiotics like penicillin, because penicillin may decrease healthy bacteria in the intestinal tract.**

Babe, I think it's all in your diet! I noticed that I too would get very gassy after meals, containing dairy. Are You lactose intolerant? If so, You need to get some lactaid pills and that gas will go right away.
