I run every Day/night like around 12:00 am because i get out of work at 10:30 pm and i heard that you shouldnt run everyday/night because it messes up you knees is this true??

well im only runing on hard top for the next 4 months because i broke my leg and i was in a cast for a few months and now i need to get into shape so i can start surfing again

Health wise, yes. Joint wise, .....no. I'm 37, and need to have both of my knees reconstructed, due to the pounding, from running on a hard surface, for too long. If you want to run everyday, then do it on grass, and get good running shoes.

I used to be a valet parker and had to run 8 hours a day for a year and a half. On the downside, yes my knees did get very bad. On the upside, I've never been in better health before or since. I was running in over 100 degree weather and not even breaking a sweat.

YEP SURE IS SAY GOOD BYE TO YOUR KNEES. GO FOR BRISK WALKS INSTEAD AND TRY WALKING OR EVEN RUNNING ON GRASS BETTER SHOCK ABSORBENCY.

yeah that is true but it keeps your body and heart healthy. Why don't you try talking a walk instead.
