I think she likes me because everytime I see our eyes meet she smiles and I called to find out what time I go in tommorow and she picked up. She looked at the schedule for me and said that it sucks because she doesn't work with me. Is she trying to hint that she likes me or something? She is not my style but she seems like a cool person and maybe it would be good to get to know her and see where it goes from there. What do I do?

Like you said, get to know her better, ask her to go out for lunch sometime, if you do work together, if not then maybe ask if you could meet up with her for dinner one night after you/she/both of you are done working. The cool thing about the first time you hang you can start talking about work, what/who you don't/do like, and then get into other stuff like 'well what do you do for fun'. She will tell you if she had good intentions on just a friendship if she feels like you like her more than she likes you...the only way to find out is to ask her though. Go for it and good luck!

She's definatley hinting at a future relationship. If you can have someone thats her friend ask her if she likes you, and if she does then ask her out. Even if you can't have a friend ask her, just try to go out with her because it seems like she likes you!

It's a little hard to tell. She might just like you as a friend and want to hang with you or she might just like you. The best way to find out is asking her out if you like her.

this is an easy one.
first, if she's polite to you but doesn't flirt, that's a good sign.
the best thing to do is make the first move... be bold... touch her alot, make suggestive comments, talk about sex, etc. chicks dig that stuff...especially at work.
