Get some Rescue Remedy from a health foods store. People use it and it is effective on animals. A small bottle is $18 with tax. You shake the bottle really well and put a few drops on the fur between her ears. Use it LAVISHLY, making as many as four applications a day for the next ten days.

That will help with her emotional healing. Somehow the spaying was traumatic for her. It is usually not and she may have been handled roughly by a vet or a tech.

This is really worth a try. It cannot harm your cat in any way and it may help a lot.

she probably had the worst time ever at the vet's and it emotionally scarred her for some reason. Maybe they were bad to her or rough? Try talking to her soothingly and ease off the toys and playing for a while. I'm not sure when you got her fixed but if it was recently i would give her time to heal, physically AND emotionally. She needs alot of love right now.

Call the place where she was fixed and explain to them that you have concerns. And was she fixed at a late age? Its not good to have a cat fixed to late in life. If you put out money to have her fixed then you deserve an answer from them.
