i am a girl i dont have much muscle i am 5'6" and 158lbs most of my weight is in my legs and hips my boobs arent that big so the weight isnt there either so how much weight should i loose?

10 - 15 is ok. more than that and you'll start looking stupid.
Start building muscle girl!!! You can do IT! and don't be discouraged if your weight at first doesnt fluctute...muscle weighs more than fat.

Go get em tiger!!

remember consitancy is the key!! even when you dont feel like it keep on keepin on!!

What you think would be good. A little advice from someone shaped like you, it is extremely hard to loose the weight from these areas. I have even work with a personal trainer to no avail. I gave a decided to just deal with it. Good Luck

You should contact a doctor or a health nutrionist or someone of that nature. Plus no one can tell you how much weight to lose because in our opinion you could look fine the way you are.

You can't LOOSE weight, but you can LOSE it.

You might need to lose 18-25 Pounds.

Healthy Diet. Exercise Daily. Turn that fat into muscle baby!

Maybe 10 or 15 pounds. I'm doing the same thing now.

I'm 5ft.6in. also I'm trying to get down to 140 and I had the same problems as you did.
