I have used the Walmart brand, which is under $2 for 36 pills. They work well and I usually take them an hour before bedtime and watch tv or read until I feel sleepy. There is nothing wrong with using them on occasions when you feel lots of stress and know you won't sleep well. Try one at first and give it an hour, if you don't feel sleepy then try a second one. As always do not take more than what they say, which is one or two at bedtime.
Insomnia is a terrible thing, especially when you have to get up early and go to work with little sleep.

Nope. Not psychological. Dramamine for motion sickness is the same stuff in most of the over the counter sleeping pills. That is, the type of Draminine that does not say on the label that it won't make you sleepy.

Yes they do. I've taken an all-natural over-the-counter and I had the best night's sleep that I've had in a while. You should be able to sleep with out using it if you don't use it every night. If you can sleep in the next morning I wouldn't take it.

They are kinda like that. I personally like to just buy Melatonin, it is what you brain has to produce to put you to sleep so I just add a little pill form instead. It sometimes gives you crazy dreams though....

I tried some 'Our Family' non-aspirin PM last night cuz I ran out of Lunesta and it helped; not as good as Lunesta, but I did sleep for about 5 hours.
