Conflicts are settled in many ways. Some can be ignored. Others need for the two people to sit down and talk about the problem. Many conflicts need third person to make sure the two people "fight fair" and head toward a resolution.

Compromise is a soluttion to a conflict. Mediation is a process where a third party hears both sides and makes a decision that both of the conflicting parties must accept. Treaties are another conflict solution where each party does a give and take of their desires.

Wars are a way people inappropriate solve conflicts. Murdering someone is another inappropriate way as well as doing bodily harm to the person.

Think about the way you handle conflicts and then form that into 2 pages of writing.

You probably just don't like talking about yourself. Just say what you do. They asked, it's their fault if it isn't interesting.

Hate to be a stickler...but spell check, spell check, spell check! Don't you have something you can pull out of your past as a conflict? Make up a conflict between you and a family member and explain how you'd solve it.
