no i don't believe it's always rape but i know when i said i was raped it was for real. for those who say it for attention or b/c the sex turns out to be just that shame on them. it's woman who cry wolf that makes it tough for those of us who aren't to get people to believe us.

99% of the time it is but there are a few exceptions like when a girl wants money from the guy. However, something like 70% of rape cases go unreported because it is such a tramatic and horrible thing to go through that the women doesn't even want to take it to trial. Also, more than half the cases of rape occur with a person that is acquinted to the rapist. I would say no most girls don't cry rape cause its a horrible thing and no girl/woman wants to relive it.

When a woman hollers "rape," it's best to assume that she means it. After all, how would you feel if you did nothing and found out later that she was serious? The best bet is to assume that it's a genuine call for help, and sort out the facts after you separate the participants. Better yet, separate the participants, call the police and let the professionals sort out the facts -- if she's lying, a trained investigator is probably better qualified to find that out than you are.

I think with the majority of girls that claim to be raped, it's safe to assume that it actually was rape, and you should have sympathy and compassion for them. A very small percentage of women might just try to take advantage of their rights, but i think this is uncommon enough where it's safe to assume in almost all cases that rape is rape.

I don't know any girls like this. If you've heard stories of a girl doing this, then she's a moron. Don't let her put the whole 'boy who cried wolf' mentality in you though. If you hear a girl yell rape, go find out what's going on. If she is faking it, **** her. If not, you could save someone.

It's not always rape and this makes it bad for the women crying out for help and dignity when it really happens to them. Sad!

Most of the time it is rape...just b/c it is so hard for us to tell something so hurtful and painful and it makes us feel dirty. Only tupid girls would fake it.

I do not think people are looking for attention to say they are rap. When people say No they mean No. If there wish is not been taking into consideration they get upset. Not for attention but for people to respect others feeling.
